Kristi is a pastry chef with soul, taste, and inspiration that can be felt in every dessert. A food technologist and recipe developer, and the founder of VEGAN CAKE (Warsaw), she is redefining the world of gluten-free and refined sugar-free cakes.
With years of hands-on practice, experimentation, and dozens of signature recipes behind her, Kristi has built a strong foundation for this school. Her philosophy is to unite aesthetics, flavor, and mindfulness. Every dessert she creates reflects balance, thoughtful ingredient selection, and genuine care.
